LYDIA HEVEY

Lydia Hevey started dancing at the age of 3 and joined Momentum Dance Studios as a student when she was 9 years old. She begun training in classical ballet and contemporary dance then extended her training to tap, jazz/funk, acro, musical theatre and Broadway jazz.
Lydia received the Performing Arts Scholarship Award in 2016 for her outstanding attitude towards her training and fellow students. She was accepted into the Teacher Training Program in 2017 working as an Assistant Teacher and progressing to teaching her own class with our Tiny Tots dance group in 2019. During her time as a student at the school she showed strong leadership skills, a genuine desire to help other students and achieve her own personal dance goals such as moving onto Pointe.
Lydia is an excellent role model for our students and an enthusiastic and skilled dance teacher to our Tiny Tot students.
