AMY BLOINK
Amy began her training on the Gold Coast when she was 7 years old, and has since developed her skills in a wide variety of dance styles including jazz, tap, ballet, contemporary and hip-hop. She completed her advanced 1 ballet exam and has participated in a variety of eisteddfods and competitions across Australia.
In 2018 Amy relocated to Sydney and completed her Certificate IV in Dance Performance at Village Nation Performing Arts. She has been involved in a variety of performance opportunities in recent years including the 2018 Mardi Gras float parade for AAMI insurance and the Voice Australia’s 2018 coach’s performance. At the end of 2018 Amy toured with Spanish pop sensation Veronica Romero on her Australian Tour and performed with the Sydney Sixers BBL throughout their 2018/2019 season.
As a teacher, Amy aims to share her passion for the performing arts, and to create a warm and nurturing class environment in which students feel as though they can truly express their individuality. She is very excited to pass on her love for dance with the students at Momentum Dance Studios.
